Thanks for visiting.The nickname "SuperWade" started at my first job out of college. I became known as the person people turned to when things got stuck. Whether it was a client issue, a technical mess, or a broken process, they’d say, “Give it to Wade, he’ll figure it out.” I didn’t come up with the name. It just stuck because I kept showing up, solving problems, and making things better. Cleaner. Simpler. More scalable. It’s been part of my story ever since.At the time, I didn’t even know there were job titles for that kind of work (Customer Success, Program Management, Business Operations. ) I just know I love helping people, connecting dots, and untangling chaos.So now I like to say: "He’s a CSM. He’s a TPM. He’s SuperWade!"
